Nasra is the founder of Magna Attorneys. She has over ten (10) years of practical experience from working in various prestigious private law firms in Tanzania.
Nasra specializes in litigation and dispute resolution. She has extensive knowledge of civil and criminal litigations. Her clients include banks, construction companies, manufacturing companies and individuals. She has been involved in the prosecution and defense of the most complex and high value litigation matters involving land and conveyancing disputes, trade and business disputes, labor disputes, loans recoveries, securities realization and decree execution.
At the moment, Nasra is pursuing Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as a reformation in the way of resolving disputes. She is an accredited Arbitrator and Mediator. She works extensively with our clients in resolving their disputes. She has mediated disputes at the East African Court of Justice, the Tanzania Institute of
Arbitrators of which she is a member, and the Tanzania International Arbitration Centre.
Nasra is a registered practicing advocate of the High Court and Subordinate Courts in Tanzania and an Accredited Mediator and Arbitrator.
